About this design

Three 3D-printable coaster molds in one download: a hexagon, a heart and an oak leaf. Print them in PLA, pour plaster or cement, let it cure, then flex each mold and pop the coaster out.

Each mold makes a coaster about 4 to 4.5 in across with a pattern cast into its face: nested hexagons, nested hearts, or an oak leaf with its veins. Cast a set for your own table, or a few to give: a stack of handmade coasters tied with twine is an easy gift.

Every mold prints open side up with no supports on any FDM printer, in about 40 to 50 minutes each (roughly 2 h 15 min and 93 g of PLA for all three). The zip has a folder per mold with the STL and a 3MF that open in any slicer, and print notes with casting tips. These are the same files as the three single listings, for less than buying them one by one.
